If I could give it zero stars I would! Unreal with these guys! Asked for a simple 2-1 fade on my husband and it's completely botched! $16 plus a tip for this chick (Julia) too leave several large patches of untouched hair and the worst fade I've ever seen! I'm stunned...going for a refund tomorrow and I'll have to finish the cut but going over it all with a 1". Don't waste your time...
