For almost a decade, High Tech Auto has been our go to place for all of our auto care needs. From Pontiacs, to a VW Golf and now my Buick, they have always been friendly and super efficient in servicing our vecicles, usually same day. I highly recomend them to anyone!!
AWFUL customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. The female is beyond crazy and will start a fight with you. There was a miscommunication that I was trying to clear up. The female could not grasp the situation so she was very defensive and very rude. I WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!!!! I have already submitted a complaint to BBB because they refused to do any work and it I had to find a way to get it towed from the shop out of my own pocket because AAA would not tow it for the same reason again. They are the slum of auto repair shops.

We love Bill, Robin and the crew at High Tech! We take all of our vehicles there. They do good work at a fair price and are fairly quick. I really have no complaints with their shop. Its great to find a locally owned and operated shop in this world of chain and company stores.
