With a past customer, who was rocking Windows XP, I loaned him one of my personal PC's Took 3 weeks for repair. Basically a complete overhaul, new insides, motherboard CPU, Ram, etc. Could not allow one of my customers to not have a computer.

I called these guys and asked if they had any video cards, they "literally" said they had one that was ten years old lol end of story, maybe that is why they are so desperate.
Great people to do service work on your computer, extremely knowledgable and reasonable.
If you go there when the guy with gray hair and glasses is in he is a great guy and gives you a fair price when purchasing used pc parts from you and also gives fair prices for when you want to buy some used parts. one of the only places in oswego county I know of where you will find a fair computer dealer who knows fair prices and wont rip you off, you could go to the computer outlet and they will get you for everything you got on top of their ridiculous priced products. only bad thing I have to say is if you go here when the long haired guy is in do yourself a favor and turn back around, he knows squat about computers, didn't even know what I was talking about so I find it kind of hard to think he would know fair computer prices. he should hire another partner that knows the insides and out such as myself :)
To the Two customers who had issues with this business. Please call PC Masters Tech Repair. I'll give you a free estimate and diagnoses. Two months to wait for a device to be fixed.... I would not have waited more than 2 days.
Honestly, this was the worst service I have ever had. I kept my patience for the two months it took to "fix" my computer. I got my labtop back and its still broken. It was a top line computer, now its worth 100$ at the most. It is in worst condition, it also has caused me to loose my job since this was my work computer. never go to this place. you will regret it
