Nice place. Very family friendly, only negative was the food service. Just need to have a little more help when it gets crowded. Other than that, good time.
Worst place ever to book a birthday party. We got there and they couldn't find the receipt that I had paid we had to wait over an hour in the parking lot for them to get a manager on the phone . Then after that fiasco they said your canopy is down there. No direction given - the very rude girl who was laughing the entire time while we waited ( she thought the entire thing was hilarious that my 11 year old daughter was having her party delayed with all of her friends with her - my daughter was so embarrassed ) so we were directed to find the park manager, I could not find anyone , so I went to the shack where they sell food and the cook tried to get in touch with the manager -- never showed. We still did not know which canopy was for us to put the cake and presents and no one to help us
We love taking the kids here. The price is a tad high but then again it's not bad. Not very many places allow the little ones to do whatever they can handle for the most part. They have a couple fun water rides that most places put strict height requirements in place were here it is very lenient. Highly recommend.
Nice for a very small water park. Kind of over priced at 21.00 for 6 water slides and a small lazy river. Staff way more strict on the lazy river than necessary. Great staff on the slides, very understanding and pretty nice people. Not as crowded as other parks and much closer to home but I was surprised at how little the options were for water features when compared to other parks within 90 minutes at the same or similar price but so much more there.
We were so disappointed with our experience here. The staff didn't tell us that their 2 largest slides were closed until after we paid, then said no refunds. We were also required to buy plugs for the grommets on our children's swim suits. I have never heard of such a thing, and we have been to plenty of water parks... we felt this was just another scam to get more of our money. The facility is old and even on a day when everything is open, there are not a lot of slides for the kids to use. Don't waste your money!!
when we finally got the hot dogs and lemonade the buns were beyond stale and the hot dogs were barely warmed up. I had to ask 4 times for my daughter to get her t-shirt that I purchased - I was finally told by the rude blonde girl I cant have it until we leave . This all happened yesterday 8/27/17 - I have tried many times today to call and speak with a manager no luck . I gave one star that I didn't want to give but had to in order to post this. I am going to drive there after work today to see if I can speak to a manager
